Tikal Maya Ruin

Majestic and Awe-inspiring

A world-famous UNESCO Heritage Site that will fulfill all your expectations not just about its rich and glorious history dating back to 1000 BC and its monumental awe-inspiring architecture, but a tour that will also provide a comprehensive view into Belize and Guatemala’s elemental social history. Tikal had its time of glory as of the mightiest of Maya cities.

This full-day tour takes you through gorgeous scenery and a view of Lake Petén Itzá, Guatemala’s third-largest lake. Tikal National Park located in northeastern Guatemala – not far from Belize – is part of the largest remaining tropical rainforest in the Americas after the Amazon, known as the Maya Biosphere Reserve or Maya Forest. You will have the privilege of seeing the southern part of this 13.3 million-acre reserve teeming with wildlife.

Tour includes a four-hour guided tour of Tikal plus plenty of leisurely time on your own for pictures and shopping.
